Group Functional Training – Abhishek
It’s been a great 6 months and this is by far the fittest I’ve been in my life. The FT has become an addiction now and most importantly it’s boosted my mental strength and stability. Even though our classes are virtual, Umar always has his eyes on each one of us to monitor our postures and correct us immediately. Personally keep a track on our motivation and food updates, never witnessed a trainer take so much effort. He will make sure your goals are met and make you work towards it with the best of your interests.
